Chris Parreira is a Real Estate Broker Associate and Mortgage Advisor serving the Central Texas Hill Country, brokered by Edwards Commercial Real Estate and working with NEXA Mortgage. With education and licensing across real estate, mortgage lending, and home inspection, Chris offers a uniquely integrated approach that helps clients make confident, informed real estate and financing decisions.

Chris specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, while also working closely with real estate investors, particularly those focused on small multifamily properties (2–4 units). He also supports home buyers and sellers, applying the same analytical approach to every transaction by evaluating properties from both an ownership and financing perspective, with an emphasis on long-term performance, risk, and value.

In addition to his professional work, Chris is involved with many local organizations throughout the Hill Country. Known for his teaching mindset, local market knowledge, and clear communication, he is committed to providing a seamless, transparent experience while helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate.
