Meet Chris

Chris Parreira is a Real Estate Broker Associate with W.C. Miller Properties and a Mortgage Advisor with NEXA Mortgage, serving clients throughout the Central Texas Hill Country. By combining expertise in both real estate brokerage and financing, Chris provides a comprehensive, strategic approach that helps clients make confident decisions—whether they are buying, selling, investing, or structuring a deal.

Chris works across residential and commercial markets, specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing while also advising home buyers, sellers, and investors. His ability to evaluate opportunities from both an ownership and financing perspective allows him to identify risks, uncover value, and guide clients toward long-term success.

Beyond his professional work, Chris is deeply involved in both his industry and the local community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Comal County Government Affairs Committee at the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®, sits on the Texas REALTORS® Public Policy Infrastructure Committee, and is Vice President of the New Braunfels Noon Lions Club. He was also recognized as a 2025 New Braunfels Rising Star.
